Discover the world beneath the surface. Our freediving programmes combine skills, safety and wellbeing – helping rangatahi, whānau and leaders connect with the moana, build confidence, and reset the mind and body.
Duration
4 days | 4 hours each day – plenty of time to learn and practice at your own pace.
Format
A mix of theory and pool-based practical sessions, guided by experienced kaiako.
Adventure
Finish with a potential ocean dive (weather dependent) to put your new skills into action.
